In my senior year at Boston University, I'm studying clinical speech therapy, linguistics, and anthropology. It was actually over the course of my sophomore year that I decided to focus on pursuing a career in the speech therapy due to the fact that I thoroughly enjoy language and mentoring.I can relate to the very people I seek to help. My personal humble beginnings kicked off in Florida where I worked on AP tests and took part in the marching band affiliated with my high school. It was while at this school that I first got the chance not only to get assistance from my fellow students, but also to teach my fellow students in courses such as English literature, jazz theory, and calculus.In Boston, I'm employed at a research laboratory looking into how toddlers learn languages. I have also secured an internship at Massachusetts General Hospital Health Care Clinic. Right now, I'm employed at a couple of speech institutes situated in Fort Myers.As for my tutoring style, I'm all about focusing on the strength of students and establishing in them a strong grasp of the fundamentals of the material they need to know. I am confident that any course material, no matter how difficult it might appear to be, can he made understandable to students. I have the ability to accomplish this.When not working or tutoring, I love listening to jazz, playing my saxophone, watching 90s' cartoons, and more.
