I attended both SUNY at Binghamton and Upstate Medical University, and my entire life has always revolved around academics, either as a professor or student. I tutor a variety of courses, but I specialize in teaching the medical sciences. Being both a student for many years and a professor for the last few years has helped me hone my teaching skills. Teaching makes me a better student, and being a student helps make me a better teacher. When I tutor, I teach by passing on not only my knowledge of a subject but also my past experiences in it. I can tutor elementary science classes, middle school science, anatomy, biology, physiology, cell biology, chemistry, histology, microbiology, genetics, developmental biology, general biology, and other science courses. I can help students in standard pace, AP, and IB classes. In addition, I enjoy helping students prepare for their CLEP, GRE, SAT tests, and others. In my free time, I am a big fan of ice hockey.
